Tuition

Tuition Cost is based on a yearly amount and may be paid in monthly payments over 10 months (August-May) or 12 months (June-May).

Fees

Testing Fee | $50

This testing fee is for new applicants to be paid the day of student testing.

Registration Fee for New Students | $300 for K4-K5/$400 for Grades 1-12

The registration cost covers: Book rental/usage, ACEA/AACS student membership, IOWA Achievement Test, student management system (FACTS), and student insurance.

Registration Fee for Returning Students | $300

In March, returning students may re-enroll at the discounted rate of $100. In April, the re-enrollment fee goes to $200. In May and the months following, the regular rates of $300 (K4-K5) and $400 (Grades 1-12) will be in effect.

Before-School and After-School Care | Subject to times and enrollment

Before-school care, beginning at 7:00 a.m., is provided at no charge to parents. For students enrolled in the full after-school plan, there will be a yearly fee of $1,800 per child for Grades K4-12. For students enrolled in the three-day/weekly after-school plan, there will be a yearly fee of $1,400 per child for Grades K4-12.

This amount is billed to the account according to the payment plan specified for tuition. This fee includes a snack. Late fees of $1 per minute per student will apply after 5:30 p.m. Parents must sign their children up for this program in the school office, and the student will remain enrolled in the program until written notice is given to the office stating the last day the child will be enrolled.

For students who are not enrolled in after-care and stay past 3:30 p.m., a daily drop-in charge will apply; however, this amount will only be charged on the days that the student is present in after-care. Kindergarten and elementary students not picked up by 3:30 p.m. will be charged $3 for every 15-minute increment to follow, not exceeding $18. After-care fees also apply to children who remain on the premises past pick-up time but are tardy in reporting to the after-care rooms.

Before/After-School Student Supervision

Students who are enrolled in this program pay through our tuition management company. Before/After School Care is also available on a drop-in basis for an hourly rate that may be paid daily or monthly. This rate is higher than the full-time enrollment, and at the end of each calendar month, fees unpaid are assessed a $40 late fee. (Please see the daycare application for pricing).

Discounts

New Family Referral

Any returning family who has part in a new family enrolling their child in our school will receive $500.00 off the year's tuition ($50 per month). The enrolling family will also receive a $500 discount upon enrollment.

Early Payment Discount

There is a 10% discount for tuition paid in full by Friday, June 21. Unless paid in full by June 21, monthly tuition arrangements must be made and paid through the FACTS tuition management program exclusively.
